Questions
What counts as a question?
Each message you send that gets an answer, including the quick buttons such as “Explain simpler”. Messages the safety check blocks, and answers that fail, don’t count.
What happens to questions I don’t use?
They end with the session after 30 minutes. We show this before a session starts, so you can plan a longer study sitting.
Why are voice sessions 6 questions?
Turning speech into text and reading answers aloud costs more. Voice sessions keep the same ₹10 price with fewer questions.
Which Genies can I use?
Tutor Genie for children in Class 1–10 is open now. Trips, study abroad, tax and insurance, home and wellbeing are coming soon, and your free questions and sessions work with them too.
Why does maths cost more?
Maths answers need careful step-by-step working, and Tutor Genie checks its calculations with a calculator tool. That takes more AI work than other subjects, so a maths session is ₹20.
Can I use the free questions for maths?
No. The 5 free questions work with every subject except Mathematics. A maths session starts at ₹20.
How do I pay?
Add money to your Siteloom wallet with UPI or a card, from ₹99. Sessions and plans are paid from the wallet. Unused wallet money can be refunded within 30 days of adding it.
Is there a subscription?
No. Nothing renews by itself. The family plan and exam pass last for their period, and you choose whether to buy again.
Are safety checks charged?
Never. Checking messages and writing the parent’s summary are on us.
